	The Land Information Web has been created to enable Internet based navigation of the City of Scottsdale GIS parcel database. This application will allow users to navigate the GIS maps by ADDRESS, INTERSECTION, or PARCEL NUMBER. This application is intended as a "view-only" information source. The data and maps used by this application are not downloadable in other formats (DWG/DXF, DGN, SHP, etc.). If you wish to purchase this data in other formats please call 480-312-7951. NOTE : The AutoDesk MapGuide Viewer is required to operate this application. The viewer will be downloaded to your computer the first time you use this application or when a newer version of the viewer is needed. Click here to download the MapGuide Viewer. This download will not be necessary for subsequent visits to this web site. The Land Information Web has been tested for compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer (4.0 and higher).
