Due to security concerns with older browsers, the following browsers are the only ones supported by City of Scottsdale eServices websites:

•  Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
  • Version 11 on Windows 10 is the only supported version.
  • Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users need to use Edge or Chrome, not IE.
  • IE 11 will no longer be supported starting 8/17/2021, the same date Microsoft 365 apps will no longer support IE 11.
•  Microsoft Edge
  • Version 74 or later.
  •  Edge Legacy (original version) is not supported.
•  Google Chrome - version 69 and later
•  Apple Safari - version 9 and later
  • OS X 10.10 and later
  • iOS / iPadOS 9.0 and later
•  Mozilla Firefox - version 79 or later
