License Name:		Alarm Company Primary
Description:		Companies installing and/or monitoring residential or business alarms, which are located in Scottsdale and/or do not hold a Primary Alarm Business license in a city participating in the reciprocal licensing agreement.
Associated Fees:		$200 Initial Application Fee $40 Renewal Fee $24 for each set of fingerprints

Additional Requirements:		Alarm installation activity: A copy of the current, active C-12 contractor's license and /or an L67 low voltage communications license, issued by the state registrar of contractors. Alarm monitoring activity: Proof of Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) or Factory Mutual (FM) listing. Certificate of liability insurance, evidencing errors and omissions insurance and combined general comprehensive insurance in the minimum amount of $1 million, and must specifically cover alarms systems. This insurance coverage shall remain in full force and effect through out the term of the license. Proof of current Primary Alarm Business license with participating reciprocal city (Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix, or Tucson). Proof of age(Ex. Driver's license, Birth certificate, etc.) Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. (Ex. Driver's License, Birth certificate, documentation from U.S. Dept of Justice, Immigration & Naturalization Service, etc)
