A Deposit will not be required for the following:
- Homeowners (Escrow information required)
- Commercial Owners who have had City of Scottsdale service in the past 2
years and no delinquencies within the last 12 months.
- Renters who have had City of Scottsdale service in the past 2 years and
no delinquencies within the last 12 months.
