Any addenda or addenda notices for this project will be sent to the email address you provide on this form. It is the responsibility of the vendor to assure that their bid/proposal takes into account all addendum issued by the City.

All the solicitation documents, plan sheets/drawings and addenda as applicable are available for download in .pdf format. Vendors may obtain their own copies of these documents by making them themselves or by providing the files to any reprographics/copy center in their area.
