The days available to establish utility service are Monday - Friday, excluding
holidays.

Please note: If the effective date is later than your lease start date and our office has not received notification from the landlord to continue billing past that date, we will set your effective date to the lease start date.
All applicable monthly fees will resume on the effective date. You will be billed base fees regardless of whether or not any water is used.
Water will be turned off on the date listed below if the new customer has not yet established utility service.
PLEASE NOTE: Water can be turned off as early as 5am on the date selected.
