Cave Creek Road and E. Bartlett Lake Road. The request will increase the number of lots from 76 lots to 122 lots. The proposed replat is in conjunction with a proposed zoning map amendment (17-ZN-2014) from the Single-family Residential, Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R1-190/ESL) zoning district, to Single-family Residential, Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R1-70/ESL).
