Request by owner for approval of a final plat to replat Sereno Canyon Plat Phase 4H, on +/-6.65 acres of a 350-acre site, as per Phase 4 of the Sereno Canyon Community Phasing Plan and Final Plat, to establish 42 resort units, within the Resort/Townhouse Residential, Environmentally Sensitive Lands (R-4R ESL) zoning portion of the site, located in the southeastern portion of the site, along N. 128th Street.
