Happy Valley Road, adjacent to the Los Portones, Pinnacle Preserve East, Pinnacle Reserve II, La Vista, Paseo at Pinnacle Peak communities, with a variety of zoning districts, as per the City of Scottsdale Transportation Master Plan.
