Request
Request by owner to abandon the General Land Office Patent Easements (GLOPE) consisting of the west 8-feet of the eastern 33-foot GLOPE and the entire 33-foot GLOPE along the southern property boundary located at 26800 N. 78th Street with existing Single Family Residential Environmentally Sensitive Lands Foothills Overlay (R1-70 ESL FO) zoning. Owner to dedicate property interests, if required, to the City of Scottsdale.
