Request for a text amendment to the City of Scottsdale Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 455) for the purpose of amending Sections 3.100, 6.1100, A., B., and C., to update the Environmentally Sensitive Lands (ESL) overlay provisions; and to amend the City of Scottsdale Fire Code. Open houses are planned for the public to learn more and provide comments on the city's proposed ESL and Fire Code text amendment changes regarding the treatment of fire defensible space within the Environmentally Sensitive Lands (ESL) Overlay areas of the city:
