A focused update to the Old Town Scottsdale Urban Design and Architectural Guidelines to align with recent City Council-adopted amendments to the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan and the city’s Zoning Ordinance.
A focused update to the Old Town Scottsdale Urban Design and Architectural Guidelines to align with recent City Council-adopted amendments to the Old Town Scottsdale Character Area Plan and the city’s Zoning Ordinance.
There are several upcoming open house opportunities for the public to review and provide comments regarding the draft Guidelines. The upcoming public open house sessions will be held on July 10, 2024 from 11:30a.m. to 1:30p.m and July 11, 2024 from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m at the City’s Community Design Studio, located at 7506 East Indian School Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 . The same content will be provided at both sessions.
