The submittal of this application confirms that (a) the information supplied is complete and accurate and (b) the permit holder agrees to conform to (1) the requirements of Scottsdale Revised Code, Chapter 17, (2) all the other applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, (3) the terms of this permit. The city's authorized signature allows the applicant to use the city's right-of-way only in conformance with the terms of this permit.
The Inspection Supervisor or designee may require additional information, suspend, revoke, or revise this permit upon the City's needs.
